- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I requested my medical records following their procedure via their voice messaging system. 3 weeks later they have not produced any records. I finally call to see where my records are and I was informed I never submitted a request form when in fact I have the fax receipt stating they received my fax!
