- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I hate this office. The staff are all messed up and unorganized. My child went to the Allen location and her file is at the Plano location. When I left the message, they did not return the call. I had to leave 3 messages for them to call me back 2 days later. The billing is a mess. I paid for the copay on my visit, but they sent the statement and stated I still owed them $40. I called back and told the billing clerk that I had already paid it and asked her to check the record. She insisted that I did not pay it. I had to look at all my credit card statements amd my statement shows the payment was made. It is a very unorganized doctor office and they have no clue what they are doing.May 07, 2017by Thuy Nguyen
