The customer service is great, the front desk staff Paula, Judi, Autumn...are excellent, they always go the extra mile to make sure we have the perfect appointment time and dates. We did our consultation with Lisa, who explained everything very well from the cost of the service to the length of time expected to complete the final look that each of us wanted. We are patients of Dr. Schecter, he's great with kids, very patient always on time. Your appointment time is your appointment time no long waiting or overbooking.
