- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Here we have a doctor and office staff who think they're doing us a big favor by seeing us. I took off work today to go to an appointment here. I had downloaded their "New Patient Packet" from their web-site, printed, filled out the forms, and had them in hand. After letting me sit in their waiting room for 45 minutes, I was informed that the doctor wouldn't be seeing me because I didn't fill out the forms online! Just like that; I'm not making this up. If they don't want the forms downloaded and filled out, why are they down-loadable? Anyway, they certainly weren't going to enter the information provided - that wasn't their job. The best part is: they made me pay my co-pay when I first walked in before they made me wait the 45 minutes! Astounding.February 08, 2017by A Google User
